This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) of the charitable foundation “CF IT-SPROUT” (the “Fund”, “we”) is prepared in line with Ukraine’s Law “On the Protection of Personal Data” and related legislation. It explains how we handle the personal information of visitors (the “User”, “you”) to our website it-sprout.org (the “Site”), and how to reach us with questions. By voluntarily providing your information through the Site, you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the collection, processing, use and, where applicable, transfer of your data.
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it and consent to its processing. In addition, when you visit the Site some technical data is recorded automatically for system administration: your IP address, browser and operating system, the date and time of your visit, the pages you view, and — if you arrived via a link — the referring website.
We use third-party analytics — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — to understand how the Site is used (for example visit statistics, approximate location, referring pages, and anonymized interaction data such as heatmaps and session replays). These providers may set cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. This data is used to improve the Site and does not identify you personally.
The Fund does not collect payment details such as bank card data. If you make a charitable contribution through the Site, your payment data is provided to the payment operator/system (not to the Fund) and is governed by their privacy policy. These operators comply with the PCI-DSS standard.
Personal information is used solely for the purpose for which it was provided, as described in our internal regulations on personal data processing.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorized change. However, transmission over the Internet is never fully secure; you acknowledge and accept this risk. We are not liable for lost profit, data loss or other losses arising from use of the Site.
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, and no longer than 1095 calendar days after the end of the reporting period in which it was provided, unless a longer period is required by law.
We may share information with third parties only to the extent objectively necessary to fulfil the stated purpose, to protect the security or integrity of the Site, or in response to lawful requests by supervisory, law-enforcement or judicial authorities. The Site may contain links to other websites, provided for informational purposes; those sites have their own privacy policies.
